Concepts Of Education, Innovation And Creative Classroom Teaching

Education is very important in training people.During the course of deepening the education reform and completely carrying out the quality education,the teacher is the most important and efficient factor.And so is teachers' creativity in teaching.From investigating and analyzing the actuality of the teaching in middle schools,this article puts forward that education notion is the precondition of the teaching practice ,and that the teaching is the externality of the education notion.This article also defines the creative teaching and the education notion creativity.lt advances the ways of creating the notion of teachers,knowledge,study,classroom, management and judgement from the microcosmic lay of education notion.lt also advances some material ways and modes of carrying out the creative teaching as an attempt to give some referrence to the colleagues working for the teaching reform.
