.21-century Image Of Teachers Design

The knowledge-based economy era and the information society demands that the teachers establish new career image and cherish higher diathesis. The teachers?communities have exposed many discrepancies to satisfy the requirements of iathesis Education? A new blueprint, new mission, and a new meaning will embedded in this special community. In this paper, Image Design Theory is put to use for the study of teachers?diathesis on the base of many experts?research. First ,it points out the image of the teacher includes: external image and internal image. Internal image is discussed in detail. Second, by the contrastive analysis of traditional teachers and teachers in 21 century, internal image is estimated by including professional morals and ideals, cultural standards, educational idea and theory base, career skills, phychic health diathesis, one's charm of character. At last, how to model the image of the teacher is estimated. In a word, the image of the teacher community should be the harmonized integrity of external and internal beauty.
