Based on problem theory and metacognitive theory of cognitive psychology, this paper tries to construct a physics-problem-solving model for senior school students by means of analyzing the cognitive procedure of problem solving. With the help of heuristic and self-question method, this model uses the strategy of problem-solving and metacognitive training to probe into a efficient and scientific methodology that can promote students' problem-solving abilities and metacognitive level.The results are:1.We construct a physics-problem-solving model for senior school students, and put forward three tactics to solve physics problem.2.The metacognitive training with the strategy of problem-solving can improve the students' problem-solving abilities and metacognitive level in subject field~physics).3.The effectiveness of this method is different to the students in different levels. It is abviously seen among those students of the intermediate level.
