The fundamental education is the essential way of improving the quality of the human beings. Utilizing STS Education in high school biological teaching is demanded by quality education. This paper will discuss how to utilize STS Education in high school biological teaching.STS trend of thought appears, when the people wake up to the crisis of science and education, and they try their best to get rid of it. STS Education is a kind of cultural policy, which is on the purpose of improving the culture of the whole society. It makes the cultural environment of humankind society as scientific and technology teaching and learning background. STS Education treats the relationship of science, technology and society as a cultural angel, to regulate the method of recognizing science, technology and society. In one word to conclude STS Education, STS Education is a gate to lead the people from scientific educational field to the reality world.This paper can be divided into three parts: Part One relates the necessity and realistic significance of utilizing STS Education in high school. Part Two illustrates theoretical basic of utilizing STS Education in high school, that is, the basic theory of science, technology, social interrelation, curriculum, education and the connection of science and humanism. STS Education embodies the contemporary to realize the angle of innovation from the culture. Also illustrates the relation of quality of technology and STS Education. Part Three puts forward the basic frame of how to permeating STS Education in classroom instruction by extra curricular activities, classroom instruction, and social practice.
