With the rapid reform and deep development of university education in our country, most of university quality education does not pay attention to the human development. In this period, to strengthen the education reform, not only can make the university to nurture talent for the society, but also can promote the students to develop fully. Thus, the reform of university quality education is the best way to get the goal of quality education in our country. Under the guidance of Marxism-Human theory, the reform of quality education can make combine the human development need with the social demand, in this way; the problem of university quality education can be settled.The first part of this paper introduces three aspects. The first is about the connotation of quality education, the distinction between the quality education and the traditional education, moreover, the difference between the university quality education and middle school quality education are included too. The second refers to the development progress and achievements of university quality in our country. The third is about Marxism-Human theory of university quality education.The second part of this paper mainly talks about the issues which have a great influence on human development in the progress of university quality education. Firstly, both the education progress and education objective often ignore the human subjectivity. Secondly, people can not understand the real meaning of human need, so in the teaching progress, it is usually lack of humanistic care to students. Thirdly, the university quality education pays more attention to students’ common character, ignoring students’ specific character; these factors make the teaching become formalized, the students’ training is commercialized. Lastly, with regards to the students’ full development, the education has a marginal impact on the students’ development.The third part of this article discusses the causes of problems which influence the quality education of universities. Firstly, the education is just a tool, the objectives of quality education is only to meet the society demands. Secondly, the university quality education could not satisfy the development of students in the design of teaching methods. Thirdly, there has serious problem in the education system, education keep in step with social development, and make a great improvement to meet the requirements of the times, so to promote students development. Finally, evaluation mechanism of quality education has some deficiencies; quality education should focus on the human being, however, due to the influence of various factors, the university education reform has become a product testing machines, check whether the school products fit the social requirements.The forth part of the article: in order to solve the problem of university quality education, this part proposes some ideas on the theory and practice. First of all, it is important to adhere to the people oriented in the education concept. At the same time, University Education should remove the adverse effects examination-oriented education, so the students can develop morally, intellectually and physically, of course, it should pay more attention to the cultivation of students’ individuality and creativity. In the development of quality education, we should make a change in the teaching methods and contents according to the characteristics and requirements of the times; what’s more, in order to meet the students’ development needs, it is necessary to make some adjustments in the education system.
