With tlie coming of information integration , economic globalization and cultural diversification , man is entering infoniiation society from industrial society. The change of the society results in the revolution of the existing pattern of the human being: fiom conflict and exdusivaiesstoccmmniication and dialogue, and tlie alteration of study angle of education: fiom nationalization to intHiiationalization. In view of tlie above-mentioned facts which ate the base of cuniculum reform, university cimiculum must be transformed accordingly. The internationalization of miveisity carioilum results fiom the change that university cuniculum adapts infomiation society.In view of tlie idea, inteniationalizatioii of univeisity cuniculum is the unity of process and objective. At tlie process, univeisity cuniculum must absorb tlie excellent international cultuie aid integrate it, and spread badilional culture to foreigners in order that they would understand, comprehend, respect and assimilate it In an objective, university curriculum must enter into the system of international university cuniculum and communicate with others by means of constructing tlie standard of international cuniculum system.
