In 1968,Americian Scholar, F.Jackon brings up formally the hidden curriculum. The next several ten years, mang scholars of internal and external country proceed to study and obtain lots of achievements, The study of the hidden curriculum has a natural advancing rapidly. But the concept of the hidden curriculum is still widely dvided. On the basis of achievements of the former rimes,the paper defines the hidden curriculum. The hidden curriculum is indirect and latent educational influencing factor which is showen by the educator in a specific way, and influences the student by the mean of unconscious and not specific-psychological reaction.To be loaded with the matter environments of school and the behivior and figure of educator and the spiri t of class and school, the hidden curriculum indirectly and imperceptibly influences on the moral development of student, The paper dictiss its efficacy of moral education form five aspects: It can lead the moral recongnization and value idea of student; It can mould the moral feeling of the student and urge the moral will of the student; It can restrain the moral behavior in order to conform to the standerds of society and cultivate the good moral habit; It also cultivate and improve the student' ability of oneself education.By the mean of unconscious and not specific psychological reaction, the hidden curriculum influences on the student. Consequently, the paper emphasize its psychological thoreticalbasis on which the hidden curriculum has immense efficacy of moral education. It analyzes form four aspects such as the matter environments of school, the behavior and figure of educator, the same generational contact, the spirit of class and school. 1. The matter environments of school rely on environmental consciousness to lead the moral recognization and value idea of the 'student, the sense of beautify pure and promote the moral feeling, and also assimilate the moral behavior of the student.2. By the mean of suggestion and correctly give back to cause, the educator influences and molds the students' good moral trait.3. The student have psychological demand of belongingnes and love, They need to contact with others , and imitate the good behavior of a model in order to improve themselves moral level.4. The student identificate the public opinion and receive the influence of collective mood, They are inclined to follow the numerous action, therefore, the spirit of class and school has immense efficacy of the moral education.After analyzes thepsychological basis, the paper proposes some suggestions: The school must ameliorate matter environments, improve quality of the educator , and bulid up the better spirit of class and school.
