Hidden Curriculum from infancy to thinking clearly put forward the concept of experiencing a long time, it is the first well-known education experts from the United States by Jackson. Although many scholars have attached great importance to the use of hidden curriculum and the hidden curriculum to their own views, but because they are hidden courses on diverse perspectives on the hidden curriculum is defined opinions are widely divided. Hidden curriculum theory and development of the proposal for carrying out the work of moral education in secondary schools provide a unique perspective and expanded to new areas of moral education, moral awareness reflected in the main function-oriented, emotion cultivate, a code of conduct, mental stimulation and the Shaping of Personality , and so on. Based on the information in-depth analysis and research on the basis of a historical analysis of the methods and dialectical analysis of the hidden curriculum drawn on how to optimize its moral function is not only a theory and further deepen the requirements of the development, but also enhance the moral education of students actually effect of practical needs.Based on the analysis of the hidden curriculum predecessors basic viewpoints on the basis that the definition of a hidden curriculum: in the curriculum standards, the curriculum plan does not reflect, but objectively speaking, it has an impact on students in the educational experiences. Hidden Curriculum as a dominant courses and the corresponding types of courses have their own unique characteristics: the broad scope of the potential role of the unintended effects of education, the results difficult to quantify, the dual role. This paper focuses on two types of Hidden Curriculum: One is the hidden curriculum in the classroom, including: teaching of subjects reflects the values and moral concepts, classroom material and environmental factors, teachers are themselves factors. Other is hidden outside the classroom curriculum, including: the material aspects of the school, the school system level, the school spirit.Hidden Curriculum in essence, is a recessive education, moral education with special functions and moral significance. First, the hidden curriculum has recognized the leading role of emotion mould functions, a code of conduct functions, mental stimulation and personality shaping function. It can be influenced by the environment, public opinion guidance, regulatory constraints, the exemplary role model to guide students to establish a correct moral values, cultivate students emotion, inspire the spirit of the students, shaping the personality of students. Secondly, the hidden curriculum also important moral significance, is to provide a positive values, and dominant courses complement and enhance the effectiveness of moral education students. Moral significance of the following main features: Hidden Curriculum educational and moral objective is the same; highlight the hidden curriculum of the times of moral requirement for the development of a hidden curriculum more suited to the moral education of the current students and the characteristics of hidden curriculum to raise their ideological and moral attainment; hidden curriculum is conducive to the students the cultivation of moral sentiment.Hidden Curriculum Education as an important factor for the students feelings, attitudes, values had a subtle impact, we should be through various channels to optimize the hidden curriculum, and give full play to its moral function. First, the hidden curriculum into the dominant curriculum, the curriculum fully tap the dominant hidden moral factors. Secondly, beautify the campus, and optimize the education material and cultural environment; again, coordinating the scientific nature of the school system and the system feasibility of the contradiction between the system and give full play to the function of culture .Finally, based schools, comprehensive family and community education resources, should foster good family style, the building of community culture, and promote the healthy development of students.
