mathematics anxiety has bad effect on the mathematics achievement. Too much mathematics anxiety will led to psychology abnormity . Nowadays there are some problems on the relationship between the mathematics anxiety and mathematics achievement. Most of the researchs did not explore the effect of learning strategy on the relationship .Then , those researchs did not generally realize the relationship. This paper revised some scales and measured the participants who are second grade students in the middle school by these scales .Three researchs and the conclusions are the follows :Study 1. The study adopted the scale methods . Before the formal study , some scales were revised. The validity and reliability analysis showed that these scales had good validity and reliability.Study 2. According the conclusions of the previous research, we resume that there exits a linear connection between the mathematics anxiety and mathematics achievement, and there is significant differences between mathematics anxiety of the male and female participants. The results of the study confirmed the first hypothesis, but there didn' t exist gender differences between mathematics anxiety of the male and female participants.Study 3. In order to probe the relation between mathematics anxiety and mathematics achievement, in this research, we hypothesized many assumptions about the relation between them on the bases of the previous theories and previous researches. Then we validated these assumptions by the method of path analysis. The results showed that Mathematics self-efficacy is a mediator variable which can mediate the relationship between mathematics anxiety and mathematics achievement; Mathematics anxiety had no effect on the learning strategy ; Learning strategy did not mediate the effect of the mathematics anxiety on the mathematics achievement; Task value has no direct effect on mathematics anxiety, but has effect on using of learning strategies; Task-Involved Motivation has direct effect on mathematics self-efficacy, mathematics achievement and task value, but has no direct effect on strategy use. Ego-Involved Motivation has effect on strategy use.
