This thesis focuses on the instructional design to Classroom Learning and Teaching. The design is mainly directed by the Constructivism Learning Theory and takes full advantages of the modern information technology. And it is based on four central phases: to create real scenes, to learn by himself, to discuss each other and to construct new knowledge. Its design object is a whole senior biology unit. And Experiment shows Informationalization instruction has better effects than conventional instruction does. What is more, Informationalization, has different effects on different knowledge. The experiment proves that it is not obviously effective on summarily knowledge, but obviously effective on factual knowledge and methodology knowledge. However, on the view of the whole experiment, a conclusion could be drawn: Informationalization, instruction can effetely motivate pupils so that the learning efficiency and achievement can be promoted. But in practice, we find that there are some factors influencing the result, such as the teacher, the computer and the students themselves.
