| The Information skill, with the accompaniment of the fast development of scientific technology, especially the development of modern information technology based on network and multimedia technology, has nowadays become a necessarily basic one and also is getting more and more important. The education of information skill is supposed to start from primary and middle school students. The courses for information technology should be admitted into the compulsory courses, in order to promote the integration of information technology and curriculum reform, and besides, to accelerate the reform of instructional models.This paper designs a questionnaire with the requirement of information technology courses and instructional methodology. The author investigates the factors related to the teaching of information technology in grade one in twelve senior middle schools in Liuzhou city. Furthermore, the author observes, interviews and compares the implementation of information technology courses in those middle schools through the statistics and analysis of the questionnaire. Finally, the paper draws a conclusion that there are several problems with the practice of information technology courses in grade one, such as the contradiction between teaching materials and the instructional requirement, the teachers' lack in information quality and instructional concepts, the less-than-demanded communication between teachers and students in the instructional activities, the instructional strategy, evaluating method and feedback strategy's not embodying students-centered demand, the current instructional environment' less than enough provision of support for instructional activities, and so on.According to the result of analysis, this paper believes that problems concerning the setting of curriculum, the contradiction between teaching materials and the instructional requirement, teachers' information literacy and instructional concepts need to be solved with the efforts and cooperation of all the educational branches, while teachers are required to improve their instructional methods so as to solve the problems in the process of teaching. Consequently, this paper mainly focuses on the resolving of the problems in the instructional activities, for example, to improve instructional methods, to reinforce the learner analysis when preparing for instruction, to establish learners' documents in order to record their initiating characteristics, learning process and accomplishment, to make a choice according to the results of learner analysis, to pay attention to the choosing of instructional strategy at the stage of instructional implement, and to improve instructional evaluating way and feedback device at the stage of instructional evaluation.Finally, this paper briefly discusses the instructional experiment for information technology half a year in No. Three Middle School in Liuzhou. And several instructional cases are proposed as the reference for the reform of information technology courses in grade one for senior middle schools in Liuzhou. |
