Physical Education Professional Volleyball Elementary Course Teaching Competency Evaluation System

In contemporary world, the ever increasingly deepening of the globalization in economy and the competition and cooperation of the international economy brings the working and thinking function into profound changes, thus making ever stricter requirements to the talent's diathesis standard, and making all-round challenges to the international education. Being the part of the high education of the normal university, we must change our educational thoughts, renew the educational concepts and deepen the teaching reform of the education, which calls for the building up the new academic concepts in the PE major education in high normal university and establishment of the system of academic estimates of the making education.Recent years, on the basis of learning from other countries' theoretical fruits of educational estimates and practical experience, China's educational researchers bring forward the notion of academic estimate. The paper, which adopts the method of literature materials, investigation on experts, questionnaire and investigation, experiment, statistics, logical analysis, makes theoretical study on the meaning, principle and theoretical foundation and necessity of the establishment of volleyball academic estimate system in making education. Based on the course goal of the volleyball course of PE education major and the character of the volleyball teaching, the paper makes the theory of the academic estimate into the establishment of estimate system of the making education in volleyball required course, therefore, making the conclusion of the academic estimate index system of the volleyball required course in PE major. In addition, we make the study of the validation in teaching. We foster the development of the grasping on the theoretical knowledge, techniques, ability and emotions through the estimate system of the new academic view, which brings fall play in guides and stimulation. This estimate system can folly evaluate the students' academic levels in the volleyball teaching., which can not only apply to the volleyball teaching course, but make effective consultants in the reform of the estimate system in PE technique teaching of China.
