Study On Optimization Of Teachers’ Academic Environment In Local Colleges And Universities

With the development of education work, the local university has become the mainpart of the higher education in China. Its developing determines the level of highereducation on the whole.University is a place to explore advanced knowledge and its essential attribute istechnicality. Teachers, the main staff engaged in academic research in the university, werethe core of the academic work. However, with the material culture shock, teachers becomehare-brained. Academic activities of university teachers was influenced directly andstrongly by the academic environment. The academic environment has an extremelyimportant role in the development of universities. To realize the improvement of teachinglevel, the academic environment must be continued strengthen and improve. Currently,there’s a lot of unsatisfactory place in the teachers’ academic environment, which must beimproved, especially at local university. The local university teachers environmentoptimizing was a significant thesis, so it has positive theory and practical significance.The paper considers the composition and content of local teachers’ academicenvironment, then combined with field surveys Shandong University of Finance andEconomics，to research the academic environment. It contains personal factors and schoolfactors. In conclusion，the paper find the Targeted and effective way to optimize the localteachers’ academic environment.
