Cooperation Education of Enterprise .University and Scientific Research Organization(CEEUSRO) is concrete embodiment of Combination of Enterprise, University and Scientific Research Organization(CEUSRO) in terms of talents_cultivating. This education pattern is aimed at the undergraduates that they can master more knowledge, acquaint society, cultivate ability and raise makings, because this pattern makes use of two environments, university and society nationally arranges the study of curriculum and society practice.CEEUSRO began at America and England at the first ,it is inevitiable outcome of economics .politics and culture at that time .It is ultimately differentiated with traditional education pattern that it contacts economics tightly. Therefore, it is attended extensively by education field and society at the beginning.Our country has tried on CEEUSRO from 1985, studying the pattern of "Three Semester a Year ,and Work by turns Study " of Waterloo University in Canada.Then, many universities also probe CEEUSRO into all kinds of form. In 1997, Education Department issued the message of developing experimentallyCEEUSRO in the ninth five_year plan, and bring it into the project of the 21stteaching reform on higher education from World Bank's loan.Now, There are many universities enter CEEUSRO in our country,and gain more effect.These involve that developing CEEUSRO has become their common cognition ,that setting up a large of practical base on CEEUSRO and so on. However, it has many questions because of so short time, for example, consciousness, system, mechanism, capital and policy. We should look it with dialectic, developing insight ,then we reasonably believe that these questions will be consummated gradually before long.There are many questions to solve when we develop CEEUSRO, including system, mechanism and pattern. First, establishing a management systemwhich government is dominant. Including: in order to harmonize the interest of three aspects,government should exert its function on macro_modulation; government should constitute an institution to harmonize on CEEUSRO; government should solve the problem of capital; government should set down and consummate corresponding policy to protect and promote CEEUSRO. Second, establishing and consummating scientific mechanism on CEEUSRO, including dynamical mechanism, running mechanism, guarantee mechanism and so on. Therfore, we should solve it from many aspects, for example, conceptional turnaround, nice orientation, strengthening publicity etc. Third, establishing diverse pattern on CEEUSRO.The pattern is the concrete form to lead talents_cultivating, including aim and process, form and content, ways and means, examination and estimation and so on .At the present, there are a lot of patterns on CEEUSRO in our country.As a new education pattern, it will be developed more than before and it will be accepted by more universities and enterprises than before.
