| School—based management is a kind of self-management which is based on schools. It's basic content is self-management and co-participating .The theory has obvious influence in the Education home and abroad. Compared to the Exterior-control model, SBM has outstanding value and Prosperous vitality. Our management reform of the school can draw lessons from SBM. However, how to construct a reasonable running mechanism in china remained a big problem. My article is base on the basic theory of SBM and make use of the related research and the latest development of SBM to consider the construction of the running mechanism of the SBM. The article is made up of four parts. The first part is about the basic idea , the process of development, the base of the theories , the positive and negative influence of the SBM. And the base of the theories is mainly emphasized .The second part is mainly about the construction of the running mechanism of the SBM, Considering how to develop the school organization under SBM. The third part is set to analysis the support of the government, society and family. The forth is mainly about what should be noted when constructing the running mechanism of SBM as to the state of the nation.
