With the impacts of New Economics and the popularity of international academic communication, the demand in higher education is getting bloomed in China. Chinese private education providers are growing ascendant in various existences, even if they are restricted by the state policies and legal terms. Hence, education industry is deemed as one of the brightest markets. As a practitioner, the author pays extra attention to the operating models of the private education as well as its fortune's wheel. After putting the Sailcon Consulting Co. under microcosmic analysis, the author compares it with two other similar companies to illustrate the collaborated model between public and private Colleges. It is, at present, a widely operating form adopted by those small and medium sized enterprises to have their capitals invested in. At the very beginning of the thesis, the author introduces the privatizing trend of international education and its unique performance in China. Through it, the author leads to his basic viewpoints on the Chinese private education markets. Near the end, the author not only concludes the profitable methods of the collaborated-model, but also prognosticates the future development of those companies under this model.
