As one of the important ways for contemporary women to participate in public welfare, social organizations make more and more women active in the community and social arena, such as female volunteers, female full-time public welfare workers and female founders of social organizations.Through a qualitative study of the 23 female founders,a government official who manages social organizations and a female founder's male partner, this research analyzed the motivation of setting social organizations and explored how they interact with multiple subjects of "state-market-society-family",and further analyzed the interaction between public and private spheres of women in seven chapters. The author took the way women how to interact with multiple subjects of "state-market-society-family" as content line and took the multiple stages of social organizations' development as time line for more discussions. The research found:for one thing,in the processor of organizations' development, the roles, status and values of women both inside and outside the home interact in the process of establishing social organizations.Through social organizations, they extend the services and roles of the "private sphere" to the" public sphere" so as to obtain corresponding social roles, social status and social values. And the social attributes acquired through participation in public services and care further strengthen the role and temperament of women in the private sphere, such as motherhood, care and so on.For another, establishing social organizations has become a process in which women integrate the "private sphere" with the "public sphere" for two times. The first leap took place in the early stages of the organization's founding, which was manifested as a change from selfishness to public heart, private relationship to social relationship, and home to community. It was a transformation from a loose interest team to organizational development. The second leap occurred in the middle of the establishment of the organization, and women realized the transfer from the community to a wider public space in the continuous interaction with multiple subjects.Through the interaction of multiple subjects, women have taken a more proactive attitude toward the "public sphere" to fight for social identity and influence, and they have also acquired a certain social and political identity accordingly. However,in the later stages of organizational development, women did not continue to enter the more core "public sphere" with a positive attitude when faced with institutional transformation, and did not gain substantial political influence as a result. The author believes that, rather than achieving the goal of "private sphere" to "public sphere",in the process of establishing social organizations, women are seeking the awakening of self-awareness and subjectivity between "state-society-market-family".In the interaction,we can find that the role played by women is no longer a passive assistant, but an actor with self-awareness and subjectivity. They hope to change the current society's injustice and coldness. For them, this is a depoliticized social service. Finally,on the basis of summing up the experience of good interaction between women and different subjects in the process of establishing social organizations, specific policy suggestions are put forward to further promote women's participation in the establishment and development of social organizations.
