Private higher education in China has achieved big development since the reform. Private higher education has become an irreplaceable part In the field of higher education. These issues of private higher education in the school practice seriously hampered the healthy development of China's private universities.In this paper, using the theory of economics to study the governance of private universities, the background and analysis of its strengths and weaknesses, elaborated the theory in public-private partnerships to implement the feasibility of private colleges and universities.
