| In the last few decades, a tendency has increased to specialize in subareas of education and to leave undecided the question of whether and how these could be bound together into an systematic, integrated whole. But an overwhelming quantity of material has accumulated so that we could employ it to structure our knowledge of education into an integrated whole. Through Wolfgang Brezinka, we can find a way to undertake a synthesis .Description, explanation and evaluation are good methods to introduce his thoughts. In my thesis, several achievements has been made :First, I describ his views on the epistemological foundations of educational science. Second , I show Brezinka's methods and techniques of conceptual analysis. Third, I bring forth his thoughts on the objects and tasks of educational science. Finally, I introduce Brezinka's contributions to a system of science of education. In addition, in every part of my thesis, I give my evaluations and opinions on Brezinka's thoughts. |
