Language Teachers' Professional Quality Structure Study

From the end of the 20th century to the beginning of the 21stcentury,a debate on the Chinese language and arts education has arisen in China. In the new century, we need the high quality teacher, because the teacher is the nuclear of the all education domains. Language and arts teaching is a kind of complex mental activity, and the Chinese teacher must improve their talent of Chinese teaching in order to enforce the students' learning.In my article, I will analyses our Chinese language and arts teachers' talents form, and find out the advantages and the disadvantages of the talent form. And I had translated the American NBPTS standards of English language and arts teaching. I will learn from the NBPTS standards' advantages and the English teachers' teaching talent form. In the end of my article I will put forward several advises for construct our new Chinese language and arts teachers' talent form, in order to improve the professional level of the Chinese language and arts teacher.
