Classroom teaching resources are all kinds of conditions, which support classroom teaching and are made use of it. They are basic conditions and primary supported factors, which develop classroom teaching. According to different sorted standards, classroom teaching resources can be divided into different sorts. First, according to their contents, they can be divided into physical resources, human resources, system resources, space-time resources, and information resources. Second, according to their represent modes, they can be divided into obvious resources and secret resources. Third, according to their sources, they can be divided into school-inside classroom teaching resources and school-outside teaching resources.Now, there are a plenty of available teaching resources with the development of the society, but the efficiency of using classroom teaching resources do not make good. Some resource wastes exist in classroom. The waste of classroom resources may influence the quality of classroom teaching and the life quality of teachers and students in classroom. The phenomena of classroom teaching resource waste include: the waste of physical resources, the waste of human resources, the waste of space-time resources, and the secret resources. The primary reasons that lead to the waste of classroom resource include: some wrong cognitions of classroom teaching resource, the reasons of school management, the reasons of teacher individuals and the reasons of history.Whereas the using and development of classroom teaching resource are not satisfactory, and there are a lot of waste phenomena of classroom teaching resource. As a result, we should optimize classroom teaching resource in order to get the best benefit of education and teaching. There are some idiographic measures to solve this problem. We should change the ideas of education and teaching and update the wrong cognitions of classroom teaching resource. School managers should reinforce the management of classroom teaching resource.Teachers should reinforce the using and development of classroom teaching resource. We should reinforce the using environmental construction of classroom teaching resource.This article regards the problem on the special secret resource as one example and put stresses on the 'problem', when we analyze the waste of classroom teaching resource and how to use and develop the classroom teaching resource. The 'problem' referred in the article indicates the questions arisen from or put forward by students in classroom, some incidents broken out in classroom, and the teaching mistakes which teachers have a mind to intentionally made or not. When we analyze the waste of 'problem' resource, the referred 'problem' includes: the questions asked by students, the questions answered by students, the problem which are thought as by teachers and some incidents broken out in classroom. When we analyze how to use and develop the 'problem' resource, the referred 'problem' includes: the questions put forward by students, the mistakes made by students, the mistakes which teachers have a mind to intentionally made or not, and some incidents broken out in classroom.
