Construction of ecological civilization more and more important, the increase of energy conservation and environmental protection pressure, make construction waste recycling become inevitable. Ministry statistics show that during the period of "twelfth five-year" output will reach 1.5 billion tons of construction waste, construction waste utilization rate is less than 5%. In the first session of the national construction waste resource utilization "2015 forum" on, Yuhong Xie proposed construction waste resource utilization is the key of urban sustainable development. Therefore, research the best mode of construction waste recycling and make relevant suggestions are important.This paper uses area estimation on the total stock of construction waste in 2012 and 2012 to 2014 years of construction waste production amount are calculated. Found that in 2012 the National untreated random dumping of construction waste in the total stock of about 16.6 billion tons. The national and regional construction waste production amount is still on the rise since the new urbanization. In 2014, our country's building garbage output up to 1.993 billion tons. Jiangsu Province, Shandong province and Zhejiang Province, the largest amount of construction waste generated. Construction waste generated huge demand to achieve recycling of construction waste. By constructing the dynamic material flow model of building in Hubei Province, it is concluded that the construction waste recycling aggregate technology model is the best construction waste treatment mode in Hubei province. Based on different construction waste disposal mode, it is concluded that the eastern economic development level is high, the more populous provinces, preferred mode of construction waste comprehensive treatment technology; Eastern and central level and rapid economic development, population more most of the provinces, preference pattern construction waste recycled aggregate production technology; Bamboo building more western provinces preferable construction waste wood recycling technology.At the same time, through the comparison of domestic and foreign construction waste disposal mode, found that China is still in a simple landfill, heaps abuse based, the lack of large-scale comprehensive waste treatment plant construction. The United States, Japan, Germany, and utilization of construction waste in Singapore more than 90%, the construction waste treatment has the following characteristics. Third, build a diversified investment and financing mechanisms of construction wasted recycling. The establishment of construction wasted recycling industry to promote investment and financing platforms. Fourth, Innovation of construction waste management mode, building construction wasted processing large data platforms and Internet management mode. Fifth, implement production, political linkage, and promote the recycling of the construction wasted technology. Finally, to strengthen publicity and education, promoting the social recognition of construction wasted recycling products and promote the development of industrialization of construction waste resource utilization.Based on the dynamic material flow model in the process of building construction in Hubei province, assume that the demand for housing affected by population and GDP per capita, building will be removed after service life cycle, building system of material input to cover all types of building structure, and uses detailed data to estimate the structure of the material consumption intensity of Hubei province material consumption and CO2 emissions of pollutants, such as to present the best model of construction waste processing.
