Nowadays, electronic products have become an indispensable part of human life.Various types of electronic products constantly update, resulting in the life of electronic products is gradually shortened, thus the quantity of eliminated electronic products is becoming more and more.Various countries have begun to pay attention to the disposal of e-waste,and recycling is regarded as an effective way of disposal, because it can not only realize recycling and reduce the pressure of resource scarcity, but also reduce the environmental pollution problem.Consumers are not only the producers of e-waste,but also the subjects who participate in the e-waste recycling. However,at present,Chinese consumers know little about e-waste and recycling issues. Therefore, how to effectively improve consumers' willingness to recycle plays an important role in promoting e-waste recycling. This paper discusses the internal and external factors influencing consumers' willingness to recycle e-waste in the context of China. This paper firstly sums up the relevant researches from domestic and abroad. Then based on the theory of planned behavior,we add "social trust" and " awareness of benefits " and the elements " expectancy " in the expectancy theory to expand the original theory, the innovative model of factors influencing e-waste recycling intension is built. We take college students as the research object, and get data by means of questionnaire survey,SPSS and Amos are used for data analysis: validate the reliability and validity of scale, use structural equation model to verify the relationship between the variables in the model. After empirical test, the following conclusions are drawn: first, the intension to recycle e-waste is directly influenced by expectancy.Subjective norms, recycling attitude and perceived behavioral control directly affect expectancy and indirectly affect recycling intention.Secondly, subjective norms directly affect recycling attitude and perceived behavioral control.Third, consumers' social trust in e-waste recycling organizations and consumers' awareness of benefits will directly affect recycling attitudes and subjective norms. The empirical study in this paper analyzes the influencing factors of e-waste recycling intention,it enriches the original planned behavior theory,we expect it can provide theoretical reference for the research on consumer recycling issues, and provide suggestions for relevant institutions responsible for e-waste treatment.
