Various international education thoughts have been surging up and down after the SecondWorld War among which three thoughts --Life-long Education, Education for All andInclusive Education-- stand out prominently. These powerful and influential thoughts have been destroying the conventional education harms, guiding the development of global education. Focusing on these three thoughts, this dissertation explores the course of the international education thoughts' development.As a kind of thought history research, this dissertation aims at drawing a tourist map of education thoughts' development course. The process of drawing is not to objectively mark all the locations, but to identify the main scenes according to the goals of traveling and to find out the easiest routes. Therefore, this dissertation selects three scenes: Life-long Education (the first), Education for All and Inclusive Education (the last), and the second section of it tracing the development course of Life-long Education, Education for All and Inclusive Educationfrom three aspects--the background, the endeavors of international education circles and thecontents of education thoughts, and comparing them. In order to picture the tourist routes, thethird part of the dissertation finds out three threads at three different spheres--the educationalsystem, the educational practice and the educational ideas. They are as follows: from institutional schooling to life-long learning in the constructing of educational system, from teaching-centered to learning-centered in transferring of the focus of educational practice, from learning to be to learning to live together in the deepening of educational ideas. These three scenes and three routes compose of a relatively complete tourist picture.At last, the dissertation draws a future educational blueprint, pointing out the trend of international thoughts' development: Inclusive Life-long Education for All. That is to say that all people can gain equal access to the high quality education meeting their unique learning needs. This is .not only the ideal of international education circles, but also that of those who concern and love education. What we should do is not to stand by, but to make our efforts to create a beautiful future.
