The evaluation to Computer-Assisted Instruction (CAI) has played an important part in the history of CAI development. To meet the need of the CAI practice and valuate the assisted physics teaching software more systematically, comprehensively and objectively, this article makes a primary study on evaluation system of Multimedia Computer-Assisted Physics Instruction Software, and set up a table of valuation index system, considering the characteristic of physics with the guide of study theory.The whole text is composed of six chapters. The first chapter analyses the importance of CAI valuation and the current situation of teaching software evaluation index at present, and expatiates the significance of the study. The second chapter uses analysis of some influential valuation systems in and out of our country for reference. The third chapter expounds the guiding ideology of CAI, including the cha. The forth chapter discusses the basic principles of setting up valuation index system. The fifth chapter combines the characteristic of physics teaching and study theory to divide the general evaluation aims into many sub items, and form a general table of valuation index system. The sixth chapter makes a conclusion of my study, points out the shortages and makes some suggests on study of CAI further.
