Along with society development and medium influence, the athletics sponsor has already become the important means of the business enterprise marketing; the athletics sponsor even becomes one of the magic weapons to rout the opponent and fighting for the larger existence space. However, the athletics sponsorship exists the very big risk to business enterprise, carrying on the valuation to the athletics sponsor is very important. Therefore it has the important meaning to inquiry into the main influence target and their specific weights for athletics sponsor business enterprise.This text introduces system and concept of the athletics sponsor first, analysis some problems that should be considered and difficult in athletics sponsor valuation, then make use of the research methods such as documentary, survey procedure etc, designs sponsor valuation system which contains 3 level-one targets, 9 level-two targets, 22 level-three targets. Finally, make sure of the all levels targets heavy in AHP, and carry on the math model of the athletics sponsor in the way of misty evaluation.The research measures this athletics sponsorship in the athletics sponsor valuation system, provides the reference for the next sponsorship. It not only provide the certain theories foundation to sponsor square whether carries on the athletics sponsor decision to or not, but also have the certain leading meaning to by sponsor square fight for sponsor's support at the same time.
