The 21st Century International Education Committee of United Nationals Education, Science and Culture Organization pointed out, In the new century, "It is by no means an exaggeration to emphasize the importance of education and teachers quality. We should give first consideration to raising the quality and motive force of teachers."The fast development of the 21st century has given a new challenge to the education and its practice of China, at the same time, it has given a newer and higher demands to the teachers management.Talented persons are the first valuable source for the raising of synthetic country power and the gaining of competition superiority. So we must have first-class talented teachers in order to have the first-class talented persons. Then the management of teachers has become especially important. Now we must think how to possess the first-class teachers, how to raise the quality and the motive power of teachers. The management of teachers is not only about the quality of young people, but also about the future of our country even our world. It is necessary for every manager of the education to think about these seriously.From the eye of our history, the management model of human has experienced which is from a hard management stage to a humanistic one.The author of the article elaborated the importance and the great value of humanistic spirit absorbed in the management of teachers. Fromboth the aspect of objectivity and subjectivity, the author related the important affect to the management theory caused by humanistic spirit, the possibility and the importance of the humanistic spirit penetrated into the management of teachers and gave the opinion of that we must pay more attention to the teachers, show more concern for the teachers, make the teachers the central position of the management, which is the core to bring all positive factors of teachers into play and inspire the teachers creativity.The author also pointed out, as a manager of school, we shouldn't take the last target of management as only finishing the work, the modern aim of the management of teachers should be to raise the quality of teachers completely, make teachers develop themselves and realize themselves and became the most successful and perfect ones.In order to reach this aim, we should do from three aspects: school leaders, inspiring tactics and the relationship between rational spirit and humanistic spirit, the author elaborated how to penetrate humanistic spirit into the management of teachers.
