In this paper, the writer adopted a Questionnaire Survey on 1179 junior middle school students in Guizhou province and also interviewed some of them to investigate their Creativity .The results show that: 1.The Creativity of junior middle school students in Guizhou province is at a relatively low level and has no significant difference in the factor of "sex";2.There is a very significant difference in their "grade", "parents' academic diploma" and "school" mainly found in the three aspects of Creativity, namely, Creative Thinking, Creative Ability aad Creative Psychological Traits ;3. Teachers usually play the most important roles in training students' Creativity ,parents the least while peer's influence at a fair level;4.The influential factors of Creativity work most directly and quickly to Creative Thinking while relatively indirectly and slowly to both Creative Ability and Creative Psychological Traits;5. The scores for students' Rethinking ability which is most crucial to the developing of their Creative Ability are the lowest. In the meantime ,the writer posed some suggestions and countermeasures from the angle of school education ^specially from classroom teaching.
