Humanistic psychology is called the "third force" in psychology,originated in the 50 s of the 20th century,is a typical representative of maslow and Rogers.Humanistic psychology education is put forward by the humanistic psychologist for the floorboard of the view of education.Humanistic psychology education is one of the guiding ideology of the new curriculum reform in our country.Humanistic psychologists believe that the purpose of education is to promote students’self-actualization,the important role of teachers should be as consultant in psychological consultation,a good teacher should be also a self implementers.Education should promote the all-round development of students,especially pay attention to the development of affection,which is ignored by the cognitive and behavioral.Humanistic psychologists believe that truly effective learning is internal and meaning of learning.Internal learning depends on students’ internal motive force rather than external power to achieve self-realization.Meaning refers to the learning results can lead to the change of students comprehensive,this change not only involves the cognitive level,more infiltrate the personality and action.Meaning and internal learning can’t ignore the effect of students’ emotion.Should play a role of students as the main body in teaching,teachers should adopt the student-centered teaching mode,teachers’ role as the facilitator,collaborators.According to my research,the problems existing in the present junior middle school geography teaching.These problems mainly include the following aspects:geography teachers have a relatively low sense of self-realization,geography classroom discipline is poorer,the teachers and students emotion is relatively weak,and so on.The existence of these problems influence the realization of the geography teaching the educational target,also does not conform to the concept of new curriculum reform.In my opinion,geography teachers is the key factor,geography teacher should be a pursuit of self-realization.Geography teachers should cultivate a positive mental attitude,love life,to make growth rather than cower choice,through diligent preparation stage.Classroom management is necessary guarantee of orderly geography teaching,teachers and students make joint classroom rules and implementation in the specific management of classroom,teachers should use the method of positive encouragement,expectations of students show positive,using the method such as emotional incentive.On the choice of geography teaching method,using free learning and centering on the theme of teaching methods,exert the principal role of students,make students’ learning styles into internal learning and meaningful learning.Interpersonal relationship is an important factor of success for teaching,the teacher should be sincere and unconditional positive regard and empathy,efforts to create a good learning atmosphere for students.
