The main content of this paper is about Zhu Zi-qing's Chineseeducational thought and its actual instructive effect.This paper explicates Mr. Zhu's Chinese educational thought in these aspects: the cultivation of appreciation ability , the composition training, the classical training and the students' personality education. And it explains in detail two methods of cultivating appreciation ability: knowing , analyzing spoken and written language and oral reading, five opinions on composition training, the function , definition and training methods of the classic, ways of nurturing the students' personality from teaching contents , school circumstances and teacher's personality.In the part of actual instructive effect of Mr. Zhu's Chinese educational thought, firstly, it points out the situation and problems existing in today's Chinese teaching from teacher's explanation and students' understanding, oral reading teaching , classical training to cultivating of students' personality , then analyzes reasons. Finally, it tries to find some ways to solve these problems according to Mr. Zhu's Chinese educational thought.
