Professional Development Of Teachers Of The School Psychological Research

With the constant in-depth of basic educational reform, people have offered more concerns to students' psychology health., which is mainly promoted by school psychological consultation. The course of school psychological consultation development in some developed countries and in Hongkong and Taiwan Districts shows, Students' psychological health mostly depends on the professional psychological consultation. In other words, without professional psychological consultation teachers, no school psychological consultation will be developed.In this thesis, the current situation of school psychological consultation teachers in our country is introduced in details as well as the history of professional development of school psychological consultation in Hongkong and Taiwan Districts as well as in some developed countries. And also the current situation and problems of psychological consultation teachers team in the primary schools in Suzhou is investigated in the way of delivering questionnaire. In the end, some suggestions of promoting the specialization development of school psychological consultation is put forward: First, the educational administrative department should strengthen the study on psychological consultation work of the school and give more supervision or guidance, providing some professional training to the on-the-job psychological consultation teachers; Second, the school should build up an environment in which school psychological consultation teachers can carry out their work smoothly; Third, psychological consultation teachers should keep on studying and research, upgrading their own professional accomplishment.
