With the beginning of the concept of specialization, the researcher of the present thesis thought that during the epoch of knowledge and economy, especially during the current reform of the new curriculum, Chinese teachers in senior high school have to change their roles as soon as possible, that is, from experienced teachers to expert teachers. But at present, many teachers have some problems in some sense, they believed that as a teacher teaching well is OK, or had the vague understanding about how to be an expert teacher. In accordance with the present situation and with the beginning of the definition of specialization of Chinese teachers in senior high schools and combined with the development and requirement to senior high school teachers, the researcher advanced the ideal and seeking of it, probed the growing-up course of senior high school expert teachers'specialization, studied the fostering problem of senior high school teachers'principal ability and went a step further to probe the problems of senior high school teachers'specialization. Besides, in this thesis the researcher presented many teaching examples of expert teachers in some senior high schools and expressed the ideas of teachers'specialization himself, which would have some inspirations and references for senior high school teachers. In this thesis, the researcher used Literature Research Method, Questionnaire Research Method, Case Study and Action Research Method.This thesis focused on probing into profession spirit, teacher accomplishment, teaching science research ability and principality of Chinese teachers in senior high school, pursuing the growing-up course of Chinese expert teachers'specialization and seeking the questions of senior high school teachers'specialization.
