The main purpose of the research is to discuss how a vocational and technical college improves the teaching effects of morality lessons and promotes the effects of school's moral reform by beginning with the establishment of teaching patterns which will provide a powerful guarantee for carrying out the quality education during the transform period of the society under multicultural background.The voices of the reform of school's morality from all walks of life have been rising since 1980s. Both the educational theoretical workers and practical workers have made an overall self-examination, which is based on theories and practice, on the school' s moral education that centers in courses. They raised all kinds of new and useful teaching patterns, such as emotion exchanging pattern, act playing pattern, group discussion pattern and so on, which broke the long-lasting Duck-stuffing teaching pattern. The research is based on the teaching reform practice in my college in the recent ten years and tries to establish the developmental moral teaching pattern in teaching theories. It not only raises the past experience to a higher level, but also -adds a fresh drop to the moral reform.The research starts with investigation of the present teaching situation of my college' s morality lessons. It raises some related factors which influence the teaching patterns. Also the research makes a brief comment on three kinds of popular western moral patterns and tells some enlightments learned from these patterns. The author, who bases his research on the recent year's practical materials, puts emphasis on establishing development morality lessons teaching pattern. And the author believe that there must be some innovations of the following aspects: Developmental morality lessons teaching pattern is more suitable to the vocational and technical college than principle morality lessons teaching pattern; Developmental morality lessons teaching pattern is an open andflexible teaching pattern and it has a certain adaptability in itself; It classifies teaching according to rule, principle and ideal connected with different teaching objects; It combines cognition, emotion and action in the teaching form and the evaluation of lessons; It extends and riches the extension of the classroom teaching and has got certain practical results; It puts the student' s studying ability (developmental study) training on an outstanding place. Because of the limitation of the essay, many operating details haven't been mentioned.The following are the main conclusions of the research development morality lessons teaching pattern can effectively promote the coordinated growth of student's knowledge, emotion and action. And students can have self-learning ability, certain kind of criticizing consciousness, higher judging effectiveness of acting ability. It improves the teaching effectiveness of morality lessons in the vocational and technical colleges. It is not only a rebellion to the instilling pattern in teaching theories, but also transcendentalism to the teacher-centered theory in the teaching philosophy. It builds an interdynamic platform for both teachers and students between theories and practice in the morality lessons teaching, It also provides an operating instance. Although Developmental morality lessons teaching pattern is far less than perfection, it has walked a very important step.
