The human development is an eternal topic of education.How should people develop? Different educators have their own opinions.O utlook on Human scientific development is the latest theory about this topic,which applies the theory of the scientific development to the field of human development,puts forward that human should be comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development.From the perspective of outlook on human scientific development,this paper has further studied human development through literature analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods.The article also states about the three dimensions of human development respectively,and conducts deep analysis on the relationship between the three dimensions.Through analysis of the relationship between the three-dimensional human development and outlook on human scientific development,this article aims to do a systematic stud y on the three-dimensional human development,further enriches the theoretical system of outlook on human scientific development.Meanwhile,combined with the interview method,the development condition of a few students has been preliminarily analyzed;the law of human development has been studied;the complexity of the human development has been realized and also the foundation of updating education concept and improving the level of education has been laid.The full text consists three parts.The first part: the research of the three-dimensional development on human in connotation.Firstly,the connotation and the development content of comprehensive development,coordinated development,sustainable development on human have separately stated.Secondly,the relationship between the three dimensions has been discussed.Comprehensive development and coordinated development are the foundation of sustainable development,which conversely is the guidance of the former two.Thirdly,the relationship between outlook on human scientific development and the three-dimensional human development has been discussed.The three-dimensional human development is the core content of outlook on human scientific development,which is also the standard to measure whether or not the concept of outlook on human scientific development has been set up.The second part: the analysis of the development situation of individual.The students in Tianjin University are set as examples.By interview,the development condition of the students has been understood.Then,the index system of student development has been formulated.The development of students has been researched in order to play the theoretical guiding significance.The third part: the education significance of the three-dimensional human development.From the new understanding of the education object,the change of education goal and teaching structure,the breakthrough of teaching form and content,the practical and theoretical significance of the three-dimensional human development in education is expounded.
