Pupils’life education has a bearing on the daily behavior. However, the primary school students around us, there are not many good habits. The reason, many aspects of both. But to be sure the school education for fostering pupils’good behaviour, are immeasurable. Especially the pupils’ everyday behavior (2004) implementation as one of the important contents of moral education in schools, training influence pupils’good daily habits, cannot be ignored.This paper consists of four parts:Introduction to give a brief account of the origin and significance of the research, summary of the study and the focus of this study, and a description of the research object of study and research methods.Combined with a number of cases set out in chapter II of the pupils’ everyday behavior (2004) evolution, as well as standardizing the behaviour of the pupils’everyday (2004) promulgation of the backgrounds and characteristics.Chapter III, Kaifu district, Changsha was a first analysis of primary school pupils’everyday in follow-up to the implementation of the code of conduct (2004) and the practice of, and on the implementation of the primary school of daily behavior (2004) there is a lack of elaborate.
