| Building an open and dynamic Chinese curriculum is the common desire to all the people who do care Chinese education today. Also, it is one of the ideas during Chinese curriculum reform. The ways to build an open and dynamic Chinese curriculum are multiple. While this paper discusses it from the curriculum resources' development and utilization.With the constant promotion of the new reform of Chinese curriculum, more and more the Chinese educational workers pay their attentions on the development and utilization of curriculum resources. Naturally it is becoming a hot topic in the society.Viewing on the development and utilization of other countries' Chinese curriculum resources, teaching materials, students and teachers are doubtlessly the most important curriculum resources. This paper mainly explores the development and utilization of Chinese curriculum from these three aspects according to those three experiences.It is composed of four chapters expect for the leading foreword. The first chapter is a summary of Chinese curriculum resources, focuses on the distribution of Chinese curriculum resources from different aspects, discusses the development, utilization and recreation of Chinese curriculum resources; build curriculum resources of wild Chinese. The third part tells the students are the most neglected resources, emphasizes on the importance of interesting during studying, independent study, corporative study, exploring study, and students appear with the dazzling posture. The last chapter shows that the Chinese teacher is the essential resource.
