In the current national, local, and school three levels curriculum system, the local curriculum in an intermediate position, consistently attached to the national curriculum and school-based curriculum, is an important part of the curriculum system. At present, the local course is under development stage and has great potential for development in China, especially for the local language courses. From the point of comprehensive Chinese view, Languages has an extremely wide range, and equal to the range of life almost. Chinese course resource has a natural advantage, the local language curriculum development is imperative. One soil to raise one person, Jiangxi revolutionary base areas, has many red resources, is the cradle of the people’s army, is the cradle of Chinese revolution, is the cradle of the People’s Republic of China, is the birthplace of the Chinese labor movement, accumulated a very thick red cultural resources, Jiangxi red resources is an excellent educational resource, fully equipped to be local Chinese curriculum resource conditions. Through questionnaires and data collection, try to find, organize the red resources that can be converted into the local languages curriculum resources, to tap the potential of Jiangxi red Chinese curriculum resources, to make it better for the local teaching service.This thesis includes four chapters. The first chapter is a red Chinese curriculum resources development and utilization in the context of the era, including three sections, the first section is to define the concept, four important concepts of red resources, local curriculum, curriculum resources, local languages curriculum resources, the second section set forth the background language curriculum resources development and utilization from five aspects, the third section set forth the value of Jiangxi red resources as the language Curriculum Resources Development and Utilization from the language courses, teachers, students, local and cultural perspective. The second chapter is the type and characteristics of Jiangxi red Chinese curriculum resources, including two, the first section outline the Jiangxi Red resources in five aspects; the second section on the basis of Section I of the summarizes the Jiangxi Red resources are unique, diversity, openness, concentration and dispersion. The third chapter is the survey of red Chinese curriculum resources development and utilization, including two, the first use of questionnaires and interviews, investigate the status of Jiangxi red language curriculum resources development and utilization; the second on the basis of the survey, summary the existing problem appears on stage in a red Chinese course resources development and utilization: the lack of systematic and professional, the lack of depth and authenticity, the lack of language and vividness. The fourth chapter is the embodiment of Red language courses resources Development and Utilization, including two, the first expound the way of red language curriculum resources development and utilization from the five major aspects; the second give the teaching examples of Jiangxi red resources in Chinese teaching of oral communication, reading, writing, integrated learning. This paper is a preliminary exploration of the local Red Course Construction in Jiangxi Province, and hope this can add a vitality red Chinese school course construction of primary and secondary schools in Jiangxi Province.
