In the year of 2001, "The Chinese Curriculum Standard of the full-time compulsory education" is issued by our Ministry of Education. In this paper, "the Chinese integrative study" is the first time to be brought into the system of Chinese curriculum structure together with "reading", "comprehending", "writing" and "oral communication", constitutes the content of Chinese curriculum. The purpose is to strengthen the relationship of the Chinese curriculum with life as well as the other curriculum; to promote students' development in the hand of Chinese accomplishment. In the paper of "the basic ideology of curriculum" emphasizes clearly that Chinese integrative study is good to promote students' comprehensive accomplishment through attending the actions that students are interested in; and it's also a good way to foster the spirit of exploring forwardly, team working, innovating bravely, so it should be actively advocated. And in the part of "Stage Goals", "Teaching Advice" and "Appraisal Advice" ,it also in details describes the Chinese integrative study in the hand of goals, requirements, content and appraisal. All of these show that Chinese integrative study is very important in the "curriculum standard" and it has special functions for the students' development.Chinese integrative study is completely the new topic which need us to explore and apply bravely. And I hope my paper can contribute a little for the extensive educationalist to pay great attention to the Chinese integrative study and provides some references for their theoretical research and teaching practice.
