Factor Analysis Of The Primary And Middle School Time Management And Strategies To Explore

Educators say, "An excellent headmaster can lead a school to success" and "The headmaster is teachers' spiritual leader". To make a school successful, headmaster is the key. In his routine, headmasters spend much time dealing with school affairs, students, curriculum and teaching. Today, facing market competition, the headmasters should have the idea of "managing school". He should be communicative and trustworthy. He should be an enthusiastic speaker, a leader of teaching, an active participant of social activities. However , so many roles and responsibilities make headmasters busy and exhausted, but quite a few get low efficiency and effect. The main idea of this dissertation is to improve headmasters' working efficiency, and the clue is time management of headmasters.As for time management, there are a lot of studies in corporations and enterprises. The purpose of this research is to make employees, especially managers pay attention to their daily plan and time use. Many strategies are practical and detailed. The leitmotiv of this dissertation is to use these strategies of time management for reference, linking the facts of school, giving some valuable and practical suggestions to headmasters.There are five chapters in this dissertation. The first chapter gives a whole review of time and time management, leading headmasters to think about their own use of time. The second and third chapters tell us their roles and responsibilities of nowadays, and the most important things they should spend their time and energy on. The last two chapters put emphases on the strategies of time management.
