In the field of education, especially for secondary school principals in the relative lack of time management, this paper mainly relies on the theory of management to study the secondary school principals of self time management. Secondary school principals of self-study time management, for principals, schools, basic education has an important significance.This issue mainly uses historical documents and interviews Act. In combing the literature, the main order of the management study time management, but also draws on psychology, education-related research. In an interview, the interview with former president of the Fujian Normal University Wen Qianming teacher. In this paper, semi-structured interview method, the main secondary school principals to understand the status and self-time management problems.The issue mainly involve the following:1, the theoretical basis of time management,mainly one of timing performance management.2, time management-related knowledge, including concepts, content, principles and characteristics.3, secondary school principals of self-time management status quo, existing problems and cause analysis.4, secondary school principals of self-time management strategies.This issue made the following responses:First, establish a scientific concept of time management, including time values, the efficiency concept, the time concept. Second, to develop good time management practices, including recording time, diagnosis time, a standardized time-management. Third, to master the scientific method of management time, divided into co-ordinate law, authorized by law, multi-task Work Act.
