This research proceeds with creativity , probes into the trait of creative personality of high school student of ethnic minority in Guangxi, analyses influencing factor that form its , structures the strategy of training the creative personality of students. Adopts "The Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaires",(16PF, B.B.Cattell) , takes a sample with The second high school in Nanning, The high school in Hechi Prefecture of Guangxi, separately, students carry on creativity and personality test of factor investigate and relatively study to ethnic minority, to find out at present canning reflect student creativity horizontal and personal trait of state. Result of study indicate high school student, ethnic minority of Guangxi, total creativity competence relatively high at present, Mean value is 98.96, in other words the standard divides into 9 fen, but creativity level differs greatly in students, and city and student creativity of outlying district difference of competences extremely remarkable, Urban students' creativity overall level is higher than students in the outlying district. In personal trait, high school student of Guangxi ethnic minority total creativity have their unique personality specialties: schizothynia, desurgency, protected sensitivity, artlessness, radicalism, selt-sufficiency, but bright or intelligent, dominant or aggressire, adventurcus or thick-skinned, bohemian or unconcerned etc obviously for personality correlating with creativity. Level suitable for with creativity, urban student and for difference creative behavior of personality of student of outlying district, each have a characteristic .Creative personality of them have some characteristic on one hand a the same one is can be complementary on the other hand. Through analyses and thinks, in heredity, family environment, school educational environment and social culture under the mutual influence of factor environment etc, students' creative personality has already taken shape tentatively, but it is not yet perfect to combine. At present, student's creative personality to still in the recessive level, fail to turn into the other dominance creativity perceived directly. So their creative personality has possibility developed on a large scale and perfecting very much and the potentiality of creativity that can be excavated is enormous. For promote creation performance fine transformation of student, we can considers from nutrition, pedagogy, sociology, educational angle of sociology and in physiological foundation, home education, school education and social culture. several respect structure and train student's comparatively perfect creative tactics of personality:(1) Balanced sufficient nutrition whether brute force support student creative full play and impel relevant personal trait form and physiological foundationthat develop smoothly, for this reason, school, teacher, parents must establish correct and overall nutrition consciousness and respond "action plan of nutrition" of the country actively, do the best to offer good meal nutrition to students. (2)Build good home education atmosphere , implement " restrain , expect, teach, care about"—the Eight Character family bring up the policy.(3)Grow with each passing hour, dispel bad traditional influence of consciousness , build and help culture atmosphere that set. (4)Little pressure of controlling, Expansionary pressure heavy school organize educational pattern to remove and exert pressure on student, this is a good educational pattern that grows up creative sprouting of student. So building create educate and create environment of study is one of important tactics to train creative personality of student, we must do well several works :recommend the creativity of the environment of the school energetically, build the teaching body of the creating type, train student creative habit of study , perfect and assess system etc.
