Constructing creative country has been promoted as our country strategy for development. Therefore, culticating talents with independent creative ability is the premise and foundation of building an innovation-oriented country. Hence, higher education as high-level education in China's education system shouders the resiponsibility to train personnel the China's main force to build an innovation-oriented country and to make scientific and technological progress, among whom the creative are especially the urgently needed talents.The thesis firstly distinguished the creative uniersity students, based on the literature review on the creativity and work value research, as well as analyzing the creative personality of creative uniersity students. And then the thesis focus on the work value features for creative university students, which aims to put forward effective countermeasurement to cultivate creative university students and enhance their employability.The thesis got the main conclusions as follows based on the empirical study:(1) University Students's creative personality consists of 6 sub-factors: confidence, thoughtfulness, acqisition, vision, risk-taking, versatility and diligence. Generally speaking: the creative personality of male students are higher than the female ones; comparing to the students in the other three grades, the creative personality of the second grade students are the lowest, but there is no significant differences in different disciplines, growth environment, running nature university, only child and non-only child students.(2) Comparatively, the university students value Way of life, Associates, Achievement, Independence, Economic return, and Prestige,but ignore Surroundings, Management, Security and Variety.(3) Generally speaking, there are very significant differences in the 15 components of work value between the high creative personality group (the creative university students) and the low one.(4) On the whole, creative university students of different sex has significant differences in 3 sub-factors: Economic return, Way of life and Achievement; and of the different disciplines, in the following 2 sub-factors: Economic return and Way of life; and of the different growth environment, in the following 2 sub-factors: Economic return and Variety; of different grade, in the few sub-factors; and there is no significant differences in running nature university, only child and non-only child students.From the university eduaction point of view, the thesis proposes the countermeasurment to cultivate creative university students and enhance their employability.
