Learning Disability is a knotty problem that strands the education of different countries all over the world. It has been a fad in psychological research both at home and abroad in recent 20 years. The research is highly practical in helping to improve the learning ability of the students with Learning Disability especially at the stage of compulsory education.With the students in the five junior middle school of ShangRao city in Jiangxi as subject of study, this dissertation has made an experimental research into the causes of Learning Disability of the students in ShangRao from learning factors, personality factors and child rearing factors.This dissertation is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the survey on the past study of Learning Disability. Including definition of Learning Disability, the condition of history study on Learning Disability, psychological and behavioral features of students with Learning Disability and the causes of Learning Disability. The results of these researches are the basis of our research to analyses and compare.The second chapter has searched the experimental research for Learning Disability's condition in recent ten years and points the meaning and goal of this research.The third chapter is to introduce the study method including the way of study method and study tools. The research uses the DTAF, EPQ, CRPR to make an investigating study on the 120 junior middle school students with Learning Disability in ShangRao and it uses SPSS 10.0 carrying out management and statistical analysis.The fourth chapter researching results were as follows. (1) Compare means analysis shows there is significant difference in the effects of learning factors, personality factors and child rearing factors. (2) Correlated analysis shows: There is significant correlation between three non-intelligence factors and Learning Disability and among the three non-intelligence factors. (3) Regression analysis shows: There is a certain predict relation between the non-intelligence factors and Learning Disability.The fifth chapter carries on some discussion according to researching results. It analyzes the three non-intelligence factors roughly that have influenced the students' Learning Disability. The relation among the three non-intelligence factors and between the three non-intelligence factors and Learning Disability shows that there is a positive relation. Finally, it shows personality factors and child rearing factors have some obvious predict effects on Learning factors. Learning motivation, learning plan, family learning environment, psychoticism and feeling warmth have far greater effects on Learning Disability.The sixth chapter point out: (1) Learning factors, personality factors and child rearing practice factors are the main causes of Learning Disability. (2) There is close relation between the three non-intelligence factors and Learning Disability. Personality factors and child rearing factors more greatly affects learning factors. It points out that we should help the students with Learning Disability both in school and at home. The results provide bases of theory and practice for education to junior middle school students with Learning Disability in ShangRao.
