In psychology, Alter refers the course that people change the nonessential attribute of matters to disclose their essential attribute from different angles, aspects and modes.In this paper I first analyze and summarize the teaching theory of Alter systematically, Then I explain Alter ,the definition of Alter teaching instruction in theory and teaching principles. What's more , I further conclude the significance of Alter teaching in theory and elaborate the research of Chinese scholars on Alter teaching and Alter teaching in math.Second In this paper I analyze the Alter teaching of math concept, examples and exercises in theory. Also I explain the theorectical meaning of using Alter to teach according to math concept and the importance of solving problems. I make a reseach on the practice of teaching cases and summarize the features of Alter teaching. According to Alter teaching on math concept, examples and exercises in pactical teaching in junior high from the two aspects of geometry and algebra. What's more ,I put forward some existing problems during the research.
