With the development of the intellective economy and of the science and technology, the higher education is meeting the new challenge. The traditional education model which mainly teaches and inherits the knowledge is turning into the modern education model which concentrates on knowledge, ability and quality-training. It becomes an important mission to form the creative education model which is valued by cultivating creative spirit and ability.The creative education is the important portion of the all-round quality education. There are not many schools which have really carried on the creative education and got a prominent achievement since the creative education theory was brought forward in 1990's in China, most of school's creative education have still remained formalization, triplication and low level. Some schools attempted to carry on creative education ,but few of them really insisted on it. There are some reasons; one of them is the unperfected value system of creative education. It is necessary to implement the creative education. Without the valuation system of the creative education, there is no sense of creative education.Creative education value should not be ignored as a researching field. It is significant not only in the theory researching but also in practice experience. This article based on education value theory caters for the fact of our country's college creative education and contains the theories and means of college creative education job value, teacher value and creativity evaluating.This article consists of five sections. The first section mainly expatiates the basic connotation of the creative education value. The creative education value, regarding the aim classified system that is guided by the certain creative education value as norm and using the modern literature humaniores and mathematics' means and technology, is a process to parse the education system' s variable, to judge the creative education's individual and society valuation.The second section has expounded such issues as the basic characteristics, principles and the basic method of the creative educationvalue system. The college creative education value system is part of education value system. The method of education value can adapt to the college creative education value system in principles. But we should also study in the theory and method of creative education value system. In the process of creative education value, we should combine the form value with summary value and relative value with absolute value.The third section has expounded the work value of college creative education that includes the guiding theory of the value system and the design of the value index system. It mainly consists of the indexes of leading and management value, condition protection value and education results value.The fourth section has expounded the principles, the method and the program of the teacher value system of college creative education.The fifth section has expounded the theory, the principles, the method, and the tools of the creative ability value.
