Information technology teacher is a new brand of teacher vocation, as well as information technology is a new subject in primary, Secondary and High school. As one of the principal part of IT education practice, IT teachers need an effective training and professional development cause in which we still have many unknown problems. The core of IT teacher professional development is individual development status, trend and factors which work on professional development process in IT teacher's daily life, namely the development which occurred in the interaction between IT teachers and the circumstance where they work, study and live. Teacher development researching need not only collecting information from working place, but also get into the mind of teacher and comprehending their idea, behavior and principle of life. Only combining teachers' idea, behavior with their circumstance can we treat these idea, behavior as a integer.This dissertation is aiming IT teacher development, and its main research method is called as Quality based case study. In this study, I introduce a secondary school IT teacher as a research cooperator, and get information through interview talking, observe and substance material. The purpose of this research is presenting the story, attitude, ideal and professional developing process of the research cooperator, discussing the factors which affect the developing process and the effect of these factor. In addition, I will put attention on IT teacher training and cultivating.The main conclusion of this dissertation could be recapitulate as the fallow:Developing process and model analysis show the model of research cooperator's model could be presented as a "entering teacher vocation — attending Educational research — daily work and tuition practice —attending in a advanced studies for teacher —daily work and tuition practice" the key factor of professional development of research cooperator is "attending Educational research", "attending in a advanced studies for teacher in SCNU", "the proponent of the school leading team", "research cooperator's personal life span", etc.Discuss and analysis the professional literacy research cooperator. especially in education ideal, professional knowledge and information literacy.
