National long-term education reform and development plan (2010-2020) to strengthenthe moral constructionof a higher demand on teachers’professio nal affectionThe through development of the elementary courses reformation has required the teacher more professional.According to the recent years’study and practice,it is found that the professional emotion,which have a close relationship with the career of the teacher and also have a great influence on the vocation development, play an important role in the professional qualities of the teacher. The professional emotion is an strong spirit,which is based on that the teachers should deeply understand the value and meaning of the teachers’career.lt can motivate the teachers devote to the education career.The professional emotion is composed of professional ideah sentiment、orientation and self-awareness.The professional emotion have a direct effect on the development of the teachers’vocation.If a teacher have a higher professional emotion,he will be ambitious and achieve a lot.On the contract,the teacher will never move forward and live an ordinary life.So we can conclude that the professional emotion is not only the eternal motivation of the development of the teacher,but the internal motivation of the education quality.By far,the researches mainly include the definition,factors and traits.The studies can prove the importance of the professional emotion in the development of the teacher’s vocation.However,there are still rooms for questions like:what’s the concrete professional emotion of each career period?which factor maily support the professional emotion?And how to manage?The subjects of this paper are the teachers from the middle school of Yanbian Zone. Through the live questionnaire and personal interview,we are aimed to learn and analyse the developments and factors of the teachers’professional emotion.What’s more,we try making some theoretical references to improve the development environment and promote the teachers to have a right insight and grasp of vocation processes and regularities. The methods of this paper has taken refer to document,questionnaire,personal interview,comparation.We also combine the qualitative with the quantitative.The contents include:(1) the definition and traits of professional emotion;(2) the investigation of the professional emotion state which middle school teachers have;(3)the corelationship between the supporting factors and the professional emotion of the middle school teachers;(4) the management strategies which would effectively promote the development of the teacher.Through the investigation,we drew some conclusions as follows:1. The general development level is proper, each period reflect the trendency:high-low-high-high.2. The sentiment of teachers’professional development a slow process,to enhance its support factoes had no significant effect;professional self by supporting facts significantly3. The professional level of affective development good teacher groups susceptible to external factors was not significant; professional affective level of development in generaland better teachers groups external factors significantly4. Beginning teachers is the new force of the school,community,organizations,groups and family support affect it significantly;senior teachers of the school’s core strength in units of the backbone,so they need more support from the community,groups and families...
