| In the influence of current education quality theory, the idea of teaching democracy has already striken root in the hearts of the people. Teaching democracy is that all kinds of form, character and degree of the contact activities happens between the teacher and the students.This paper discusses intension, character, base, expression form and necessity of teaching democracy and analyses factors of influencing teaching democracy.
