Implementation Of Mental Health Education Model Of School Physical Education

People regard psychological health as basic quality of the 21st century talented persons, and its meanings and significance go deep into the hearts of the people in the new century, only psychological healthy persons can give full play to the latent energy of the individual persons, and get great achievement, becoming talented persons, the school has the double duties , training and developing the talented persons' whole qualities . It is the important content that the school safeguards and promotes students mental health. Base on the inner relationship between human' s health and mental health, schools should attach the sports, stimulating of the development of students' mental health. The author tries to search the relationship between them, and then , by using the method of documentary and questionnaire, read a lot of books in order to deal with the datas. The author will probe into the optimum pattern of students' mental health education that is conducted in the school sports and them improve the conditions of the school sports in order to help the students.
