Applied Research, Modern Educational Technology In The Middle School Physical Education And Health

Following the rapid development of modern science and technology, education reform and quality education have been widely accepted. The research which takes the increasing modern education technics into teaching proce -ss has been further developed. These education technics all have advantages and disadvantages. And also there are no common ideas about the teaching technics in physical education. This article studies the middle school physical and health courses teaching with multi-method, such as lilerature research, experts nterview, teaching,experi-ment, questionnaire. The research results show that taking the physical and health courses with the morden education technics has following advantages: simplifying and com -pleting the teaching process;offering the visual teach -ing situation;enhancing the interactive teaching; touc -hing the thoughts and imaginery of students easily; fulfilling the needs of students physically and mentally; improving the develpment of students in an all round way;creating a situation that encourages students joining, acting;practicing and thinking;prompting the ideal teach -ing situation in which teachers use various methods and have their job well done,students enjoy learning and get much.
